A unique feature of this flare system is its operation without forced compression of the incoming biogas. The flare system only needs to burn the excess gas with a maximum reactor overpressure of 15 mbar at the digester. This is achieved through a multi-stage gas line with two-stage actuators per gas line and a burner system specifically designed for low pressure. The multi-stage design allows the system to operate within a range of approximately 1:10, thus providing the operating personnel with optimal and necessary flexibility.
The Ambarli project, along with the Atakoy project, is the second large-scale wastewater treatment plant contract in Turkey!
