The ZYmaXX® product line offers enzyme preparations which use a unique combination of highly active enzymes to more effectively ferment the substances contained in substrates. The range of effects includes improved degradation of hard-to-decompose fibres, such as cellulose and hemicellulose, as well as the prevention of slime formation and control of protein- or starch-induced foaming. Even fats can be broken down enzymatically. This stabilises plant operation and improves biogas production.
