The Roadshow V3 is the latest and improved version of Mavitec Green Energy’s mobile Paddle Depacker for the processing of food waste. This third edition builds on the experience of earlier models and has several improvements to ensure easy, fast and independent operation.
Equipped with a built-in generator, the V3 removes the need for external power. The Paddle Depacker 2.0 is mounted directly on the trailer, creating a fully self-sufficient system that is easy to transport and quick to deploy. Within 30 minutes the unit can be up and running, requiring only liquid for operation. It is available for rentals across Europe.
Capable of processing up to 30 m³ (eq. 12-15ton) of material per hour, the V3 is designed for high efficiency. The system includes a 4 m³ twin screw hopper, the Paddle Depacker 2.0, and multiple discharge options for the processing of wet via the newly installed piston pump and the discharge of dry organic fractions via the conveyor in the bottom of the truck. It is also equipped with a small transfer conveyor for easy discharge for the packaging fraction into a container. Operation is managed through a digital touchscreen control panel, while the unit delivers an organic output purity above 99.7%, making it highly suitable for biogas plants, compost and animal feed ingredient preparation.
