TREmaXX® compensates for the lack of trace nutrients that occurs when a biogas plant is fed with a single type of feedstock, for example in the case of mono-fermentation of maize silage. Even when using a proportion of slurry or manure, a deficiency in individual trace nutrients can occur. This is particularly true when the plant is operated at maximum capacity with a very high digester load or a short retention time.
